Refund & Return Policy
Because Unbound Labs sells consumable supplements, we must follow strict return and safety protocols:
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Wholesale customers must email support to receive approval before returning any items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund the affected item(s).
Shipping Policy
- Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
- Tracking information is sent via email when the order ships.
- Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on order size.
- We currently ship within the United States only (unless otherwise arranged).

- Wholesale customers agree to sell products only through approved channels and follow any MAP pricing policies.
- Unbound Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supply chain shortages, or other third-party systems.
